some opinions, please, come vote in the poll

I wanted to get your input on how to set up the forum. Since we are just beginning, I'd like to think that everyone who is here is a founder of the place. Because without you, I'd have no reason to spend all the many hours in this spot plugging away at the work I am doing.
After recently being psyber stalked by a psycho from kissemee, fl. (in case she was unsure if I was talking about her or not, I am), I am seriously reconsidering how to present our little forum here. I have already moved my 'morning pages' journal to a secure part of the board (shame on you for making me hide my beauty, because you are so ugly) and now I am considering just having the part of the board open that has tutorials (so we can link swaps to help instruct) and having the rest of the board be a place you have to either
A. I know who you are, so I let you into the fold
B. You gain a reputation by posting/participating so you gain more privilege.
I don't want to be discouraged by this 'person', but at the same time, I'm not going to entertain idiots who are hellbent on cultivating any information they can get on me in hopes of what end, I have no idea. My mind doesn't comprehend people who are so disturbed.
Would you feel happier, more inclined to be a vital part of this community if we are partially private/protected. Or is it a free for all, if you want to use your means for evil then that is a reflection of you, live and let live?
It's late. I'm tired. I hope this come across right.
